Jakarta City Council's Commission D Member, Ali Lubis appreciated the preparation of Jagakarsa Flat to be occuppied by Jakarta residents.
"The flat concept is built by government for resident with low income," he said, Wednesday (3/19).

Jakarta Provincial Government will also prepare Day Care service to accommodate working flat occupants.
